Charles is absolutely OUSTANDING! We are not first time buyers and we've seen our share of "not bad, but not good either" realtors. Charles went above and beyond in every way you can imagine. We looked at a ridiculous number of homes, put in multiple offers, and even negotiated with some less than stellar selling agents. Charles was with us through it all, making us feel like we were his only client even though the man is BUSY. But, he's busy for a reason- he's THAT damn good!!! Charles was fantastic helping me and my wife through the house buying process. As a first time home buyer, Charles patiently answered any questions I had as I was unsure of what was to be expected with the process. He went above and beyond with the tours and taking the time to show us multiple houses after a couple offers did not go through, but we ended up with the house we really love in a wonderful neighborhood. Charles was with us every step of the way and made sure we were comfortable and not overwhelmed.
